Despite a historic Republican takeover of the House of Representatives in this week’s midterm elections, Rep. Mike Honda (D-San Jose) plans to maintain pressure on the new majority to reform the nation’s immigration policy.
-------

Honda will reintroduce the Reuniting Families Act in the 112th session of Congress, which allows immigrant families to be reunited with other family members in the United States via an expedited legalization process

What a dumb move...

And it even includes gays and transsexuals which will never agree with repubs.

Doing this for publicity and Latino votes, nothing more. He knows this has 0% of passing.

Epic fail.

I don't know if you were being sarcastic or not, but anyways.

Boehner stated that his Republican cohorts won't be cooperating with Obama, Pelosi, or Reid on any legislations.

Publicity stunt. Reuniting families act to pass with Republicans? Are you kidding me?
I hope that Dems in Senate will be the party of NO this time. I doubt there will be any good laws coming from Republicans so they should be shown as idiots for 2012 elections.
