White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has been strongly criticized for his lack of support of the DREAM Act when he was in Washington. Now that Rahm is running for the job as Chicago’s mayor, he is out to change that perception.

The Chicago for Rahm campaign issued a press release Thursday evening touting Emanuel’s plan for immigration reform…in Chicago.

Aside from his astonishing good looks, rahm has nothing going for him.

Youre too fucking late dude. Go fuck yourself.

Don't discount the importance of any effort to expand educational opportunities for dreamers. They increase the potential for exposure. If every eligible dreamer could influence approximate 100 USC's to actively support the national DREAM effort (a modest facebook, etc. number), that would be approximately one third of the population. Of course, that number could grow much higher. The point is, these efforts not only keep the issue of DREAM alive as a political topic, but they also serve as a way to increase grass roots organizing (expanding student movements, etc.). The way to secure the ultimate passage of DREAM, is to create an atmosphere of overwhelming public support for DREAM, one that drowns out the hateful opposition.

I'm beginning to like all these state's pushing for their own Dream Act.

At least the name itself is getting out there to the public.

Appreciate. But this is not about trusting Rahm. This is about supporting any and every effort to broaden educational opportunities.

Rham does not have the power to do this. He is again throwing out BS for people to vote on that he already knows is not going work. Illinois will find it tough passing any new items adding to there overwhelming debt. But if takes someone lying to you several times for you not to trust them then its on you.
