Help send the word out to other DREAM Act supporters to sign up to support the new DREAM Act bill in the Senate. Here are some words from the co-author of the new DREAM Act Democratic Senator Dick Durbin of Illinois:

Over the past two weeks, more than 22,000 people from all walks of life and all 50 states have signed on as citizen co-sponsors of the DREAM Act at DickDurbin.com.

It’s a great start — but I need your help, right now, to build even more public support for this important bill.

These young people have been raised in America. They have sat in the classrooms of our schools and stood up every morning to give the Pledge of Allegiance to the only flag they’ve ever known. They have worked hard and played by the rules.

They deserve a chance to be legal, contributing members of our society—and it’s up to you and me to give them that shot.

Click here to sign on as a citizen co-sponsor of the DREAM Act that I just re-introduced in the Senate— to give a select group of bright immigrant students the chance to contribute more fully to America.

I’ve always known that giving these great kids a fair shake is the right thing to do. And so do a majority of Americans, according to recent polls. Unfortunately, too many of my colleagues on Capitol Hill still aren’t on board.

That’s where you come in: The large and growing list of citizen co-sponsors at DickDurbin.com helps bring this issue into the public square, showing each one of my colleagues that the American people support the DREAM Act — and will be watching when it comes up for a vote.

Thank you for continuing this fight to keep the American Dream alive for our young people.

Sincerely,
Dick Durbin
U.S. Senator

Yeah, got this as well and I was thinking about posting it on here. Lets use this as a tool to gather support. Blast it on your twitter and facebook pages and get EVERYONE to sign it and retweet.

LOL, but the thing is Durbin cannot do anything to push Dream Act, unless congress is willing to do so. we are pushing Dream Act over 10 years, and ever time we tried harder. it was same happened and results

Yeah no shit, last time we had 11 republicans total. 8 in HoR, 3 in the senate.
