Hello, I am wondering if there is any alternative way to receive instate tuition in the state of NY if you did not graduate high school there.
Such as living in the state for 2 years, etc?
I live in NJ btw.

NYS GED.. but I'm not sure if you're eligible to take NYS GED... I have no idea how GED works because I graduated HS...
