What is nice is that a conservative coalition is putting the pressure on the GOP to do something. This is good news, guys. Maybe, this pressure can pressure congress to reach a compromise on the DA this year. Keep in mind that I said MAYBE.

DA User, VMD, and Mrhochan are going love this thread.

Yeah, whatever happened to the compassionate conservativism?

Also, for all we know, they could have pressured GOP legislators to vote yes on the DREAM Act, but were ignored.

If this coalition wants to be more effective, they should be out there in the streets protesting with us dreamers, participating at rallies, correcting the misinformation that is spread about the DREAM Act and its beneficiaries to their fellow conservatives. And of course, pressuring legislators to pass the damn bill already.
