At this information session we will discuss the DHS filing requirements, provide a packet with information, and offer scheduled appointments with our office staff for people who appear eligible for deferred action and need assistance at a cost of $30. The Office of Immigrant Services is the only BIA (Board of Immigration Appeals) Recognized Agency in East Tennessee with the ability to serve individuals of low-income by charging nominal fees. If we are able to take your case, we will request an additional representation fee.
