DAP updated and moved to a new server

I've just finished the move to a new server. I'll be monitoring and tuning performance in the next couple of days.

I had to update a lot of the underlying software, so I fully expect you to experience issues here and there. Please report them here.

The move took me a full two weeks, but we are now on a newer, more secure, platform.
