F1 shows July 8, 2005

F1 showed June 22, 2005 for the June 2012 bulletin.

So any Dreamer and/or undocumented who falls under 245i and have the petition filed would qualify.

Why does not anybody ever pay notice that the Priority Dates of the Phillipines and Mexico for first Preference Caterory keep on huring and hurting families from those prespective countries. All is well, except if your in those two categories.

Retrogression is a bitch!
F3 category for the Philippines hasn't made any improvements.

Phillipines does have the longest wait followed by Mexico. It is because of lots of applications.

If not one of those countries then F1 still has an average of 7 years wait.

It is always a good idea to file as a last resort.



Can you explain more about retroregression? It was moving much faster before.

Da I'm under 245i, how would I do this. I'm 18 and going to college in The fall.

Was anything filed before April 30th, 2001 deadline?

Yea but to file the 245i I would have to be sponsored some how right? You cant 245i an f1 visa, right?

im under that 245i and married still waiting for my priority date to be current im all the way in nov 2010 arghhhh its moving slow and they did parts of 2010 already

and F1 that the OP is talking about is not F1 student visa..

Those retrogressions completely kicked my butt. Before it hit, it looked like my Priority date would come at worst case 5 years and each month was skipping along 3 months at a time so I thought there was a chance that by now it could reach. Then the retrogression hit and it was a complete kick in the nuts...I think just now it's starting to reach where it was before that.
