Will I qualify even though I have worked using a made up social, and I'm currently working with the same made up social and a fake green card. To be brief I have pretty much been force to work to keep my family from poverty and pay my tuition. My dad passed away in December from kidney cancer, and he was a large part of our income. Now that he is gone I have tried to fill that hole as much as possible, but will using these fake documents hurt my chances? I know its best to consult a lawyer in my case, but I wanted to know if anyone else was in the same spot. The fake ssn and fake green card I used both have my name on them, so they aren't someone else s papers.

Just know that a lot of people are in the same situation. We don't know for certain as of yet but people in these situations might need a lawyer. Stay hopeful.

perhaps they should have a forgiveness clause when the final DA is passed. The big one is lying about being a citizen (to anyone, not just ICE). That is a deportable offense for ever even if you become a citizen.

I don't see where he said he did?

I didn't, like I said only used fake ssn and face green card to get my current job. I do have a couple friends though in the same boat that claimed to be us citizens, but after 6 months of working the company found out and fired them. I know that employers usually keep applications on file for about 1-2 years, and then they are destroyed. The question is would immigration still have access to all this?

I also thought that they will have access to them after an employer has destroyed them.

They won't, should not, deport you for this as I see it unlikely for them to deport Jose A. Vargas who publicly confessed to falsely claiming citizenship - as an adult- to gain employment. To deport you on this basis, they would first have to charge you in an NTA. Not likely to happen.
