Well not really, just never posted. I'm 27 been following the dream act since the cosa days and here i am with the rest of you anxiously waiting for the deferred action process.

Was brought to the US at 8 months, been here all my life and I could write a long ass story on why I am undocumented, maybe another day.

For all the over 30 Dreamers, try not to be so depressed. I gotten to the point where I've felt absolutely helpless then bounce back. One thing I've found out for sure is try not to live lying about you status. The stress it causes is immense and doesn't open any doors for you in the end.

I agree, hiding your status accomplishes nothing. Actually the truth might open doors that otherwise would be closed.

I wonder if changing the name of Dream Act would gives a better chance to obtain better image. For example. H.R 1707, I feel people hear dream act and immediately become xenophobic -_-...

For example that stupid Arizona law SB 82034 whatever. I mean if I am not constanly reminded of the number, I do not know what the fuck that is. If they had called it. DIIN (Deport illegal immigrants now) then people would have resisted more. We need to do every little bit. Use psychology to defeat enemies or whatever it takes.
