Hey so I'm going back to school after like a 3 year break. I'm planning to only get an associates degree. What are some good majors? None medical please. All of those have a waiting list and I'd like to be finished ASAP. I've been looking into accounting but idk. When I last went to school I was majoring in design but I feel like thats a gamble. Especially with jut an associates degree.

Yes, machining is a respectable profession. CNC programming or robotic welding programming. It is very simple and there is decent demand for it. Look into non destructive testing for welding which includes magnetic particle and ultrasound testing. There are different levels, level 3's make a shit ton of money.

Oh yea, and ignore the people that tell you to "let everything go and follow your heart." They'll get you in deep sh*t. Face reality like a man and do lots of research. Be smart.
