What surprise me is that Michigan ranked 20. There are only 2 people I know from this forum who are from Michigan, so where is all my illegal brothers?

I always expected there to be plenty more from Europe. Oh well, at least like those shitheads from the south I don't mind being a minority in something lol.

Define Persons Potentially Eligible
-Determine universe of persons potentially eligible for deferred action by using eligibility specifications described in Secretary Napolitano memorandum of June 15, 2012.
-Tabulate ACS data by country/region of origin, age, school enrollment, educational attainment, citizenship and year of entry to the United States to correspond to the policy memorandum.

it's not exact number, as all of them end at zero. Just really accurate estimations.
