You should listen to this Speech. It has factual statistics that back up every claim. And it also mentions the Dream Act towards the end. The Republicans can't beat this.

Im fairly certain the DREAM Act is on the tip of every Liberal's tongue, so i dont think him mentioning it means much. It's good to hear them talk about it as i think the next time its on the Senate floor will spark the moment all DREAMer's go ape shit cuz it passed.
