This is what they told me..... -_-

"Dear Mr.****,

USCIS is striving for a six month processing time for Form I-821D. Unfortunately, your case is outside of the USCIS processing goal. A this time, your case remains under active examination. This office acknowledges the completion of your case is taking longer than usual and realizes the inconvenience it may cause. The delay has been necessary in order to ensure the thorough processing of your case and provide you with the best possible service. USCIS will continue to review your case and provide a decision in an expeditious fashion. DACA requestors who have received receipt numbers can monitor the status of their cases via USCIS Case Status Online or can contact the National Customer Service Center (NCSC) via telephone to make specific inquiries about their pending requests.

For your convenience, below you’ll see NCSC’s URL:

It's nice how they reassure you of nothing.

I haven't taken down my 'August 2013' calendar to September because I'm frustrated at my case...but I'll change it to October, I have a 'feeling' it might happen this month.

Completely agree. If you aren't approved before three months then you're in for a long wait. I'm done with my 'theories' as to why I haven't been approved (I'm still sticking with my 'old' age and lack of 'family'), I'm sure Alex is over that too. Come the 15th of October I will start emailing as many people as I can to see what results I get. It's just frustrating seeing everybody else approved (especially the ones that applied after, and even a few weeks ago) and I'm still waiting. Like many of you, I had plans that I have to keep postponing until further notice. My case isn't difficult, I sent all the information, my last name isn't common...so yeah, I'm waiting and I'll keep waiting .

I am very sorry to hear both of you have been waiting. I myself have been waiting over 6 months as well. Because of my RFE. Hoping to get approved before I have court. Asked for an extension so the charges of driving without a license are dropped if I can get a license in time. DAM!!!!!!!
