Three weeks after the Senate approved an immigration reform plan with citizenship, the picture is complicated for millions of undocumented immigrants. Senate leader is still hopeful and does not deny the existence of a Plan B. "Senator Harry Reid is completely focused on Plan A: immigration reform with a path to citizenship," his press office Monday afternoon Univision.com.

Last week, on the eve of a meeting of the Republican caucus to decide whether or not debated immigration reform bill, the Republican analyst Helen Aguirre Ferré Univision.com told that the final draft was not going to look to the Senate, and that "does not include a path to citizenship or permanent residency for undocumented immigrants, although they will have visas or temporary work permits TPS type."

These visas are renewable, "he said. He added that "according to reliable sources any credit" plan the Group of Seven "will not include the residency or citizenship" for indocumentados.El Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart (R-Florida), one of the members Group of Seven secretly drafted a plan for immigration reform in the House, said that the project includes citizenship, while a source familiar with the process denied Aguirre's statements and said "does have citizenship" for therefore includes "residence."

While Aguirre denials relate to the possibility that the end of the day the House pass immigration reform without residence without citizenship concerns Monday are set in unexpected scenario: that the House does not approve anything and thus die debate consulted by Univision.com source said that if immigration reform fails in Congress, would require President Barack Obama to take action because they fall "much weight" and within those actions could be taken into account what Aguirre said, "visas or temporary work permits TPS type" deferred action and expand.

"This would not be out of touch," said the lawyer Ezequiel Hernandez, an expert in the immigration law. "I do think that a guy TPS is possible and would be an opportunity for the President where he can send a directive to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to provide temporary protection to 11 million (undocumented) so you can protect them from deportation taking the support of Congress. " Hernandez added that the risk of a measure of this type is "forget the issue and people begin to feel not only conform deportation" From Plan B activist said that it would be an interim measure "that does not resolve the situation" and invited the community to keep pushing "strong to the Congress so that when you take a vote a bill in the House, it is just and humane immigration reform with a path to citizenship."

"The issue of citizenship legalization not one that can negotiate and exchange or replace for processes that fail to get undocumented immigrants out of the shadows, "said Cabrera. "Any person with legal status that is not a U.S. citizen can be deported at any time and for whatever reason, whether existing or added later codes to satisfy political whims. That's why it is so necessary to fight for what is just, necessary, correct for these families do not remain broken. "Activist Juan Jose Gutierrez, director of the movement Vamos Unidos USA in Los Angeles, California, said that" it is question of supporting or not supporting the Plan B "and get to be in force" does not solve the urgent need of the undocumented: they regularize their stays. "

If they give dreamers a chance at citizenship and our parents TPS i think it wouldn't be such a bad deal. The sooner we get going the better.

TPS does have travel abroad under AP in it's current form the details of the House Piecemeal hasn't been release yet. However, compared to undocumented status, it is only an upgrade to status.
