...In colleges and universities, this essentially gets rid of the AB540 program, i heard on the radio it would be voted on in 19 days.

Don't worry too much. Whatever result comes out in the next 90 days from the California Supreme Court, this case will definitely go on to the U.S. Supreme Court. So, in the mean time, before the U.S. Supreme Court makes any decision, you'll still be eligible for AB 540 benefits.

these guys that are proposing this are conservative people right? so they believe in the bible and what it teaches? and so is destroying peoples lives because of envy and jealousy even though you wont get anything out of it what the bible teaches?

Do you know what is dumb? The lawsuit started with out-of state students. Even if the law is repealed they would still have to pay out-of stay tuition as long as the Court didn't find that all Citizens 'deserved' to pay in-state tuition.

If you live in Texas they are doing the same thing...some out-of-state students are suing the state to repeal the law that allows some of us to get in-state tuition.
