Hi guys,

Im currently on H1b right now and received an offer elsewhere.

When i applied for this new job, it only asked if im authorized to work. No mention of visa.

When do i disclose that i need my h1b transferred. How is the process and how much does it cost?

Thanks guys

Yeah I think it depends, some type of H1B can't be transferred other type may allow to switch employer, but the best bet is to talk to a lawyer, don't depend on my advice

You are suppose to disclose immediately before. Unless you have an I=485 pending I don't think AC21 portability rules apply.
