Just mail my initial DACA application

Well I mail my initial application today. Once the ppl handling my case receive it will they go by the new regulations they added to DACA starting feb 18? I'm eligible for initial DACA just let you guys know.

Regulations are by practice. So, if you're eligible for the expanded DACA and not the old DACA and you send in an application now it will be rejected and sent back to you with a note to wait until Feb 18th.

I'm eligible for the old daca, my question was after the 18 passes will my case be much easier since I would only need to prove for 2010 and up even though I send 2007 and up since I qualify for the old DACA.

Even if the 18 passes, you should have sent all your evidence according to the old DACA requirements because you used the form for the old daca. The form for the expanded DACA is not even available yet, therefore if you did not submit evidence that you were here after June 15, 2007. You're application will likely be rejected or Request For Evidence (RFE).
