My worry is that after this case is won(by us), thanks to the 2 Democrat judges, the other 2 conservatie judges in the expansion lawsuit will try to take revenge and make the injunction stay.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

The lawyer for Texas sounds like a typical rightwing nutcase....Everything he keeps regurgitating sounds like a cliche fox news rant. The judges hopefully will sniff through the BS.

In the extended DACA injunction case yes, but in the Arpio case, it's 2 Dems and 1 Repub
