Regardless of the veracity of the news, The Hill isn't a right-wing site. It's basically a less magazine-styled version of Politico.

This article linked is an opinion piece/blog post though, and it's by an anti-immigrant author so it is definitely biased.

The Hill is actually a credible source. It does a good job in updating us with immigration. The day that ANY type of immigration reform passes Congress should go down as a miracle in the guinness book of records. I mean even a bill that deports all of us! I am so furious right now I hope the next Republican nominee absolutely gets crushed by Hillary. I hope he gets humiliated with a landslide win.
