Friday's closed-door conference was the first such session where the case was teed up for discussion. Recently, the justices have usually announced their decision to hear a case after it has been on the list for at least two such conferences. The votes of four justices are needed to grant review on a particular case.

First such session is good news but if not eDACA then what was discussed today?

I know they have next Friday under normal timeline or soon after that to decide.

4 Yay's out of how many votes are needed? You mean to hear the case in this term?

How long have eDACA been on list so far?

Ok so Sotomayor (the Wise Latina), Kagan, Breyer, and Ginsburg can be counted on.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.
