Uploading Passport Pictures for Online Application

Hi guys.

For anyone who did their renewal online, can you guys tell me what you did?
I'm using their photo-tool to test if my picture will pass before I submit, and the error keeps saying "Image is overly compressed. Please use a compression ratio that is less than 20:1"

Not sure if anyone knows a fix please.
Anyone encountered this issue? Let me know.

i downloaded a Passport pic app on my iOS device, took a pic against a white wall..picked the passport dimensions and done! System accepted them without an issue.
