Hi everyone!

I am trying to get ready to apply for AP. I would apply for humanitarian reasons to visit my sick uncle. I have a letter from his doctor stating his diagnosis and that, since he is old, it would be good for someone to visit him/care for him. I also have his birth certificate and my mom's to establish relationship.

Is this enough? Or do I need some medical records too? I have read here that only a letter was sent, but I am paranoid.

In addition, I have the passport photos and the cover letter explaining my petition. My concern is that the documents I have are not enough.

Also, do the translations have to be notarized?

Thanks for help in advance!
