Freaking out! Notice of approval arrived but my card never did

Help friends my notice of approval arrived but my work permit never In the usps mail tracking thing it says it arrived november 3, but it never did. Im freaking the f out. I cant afford to renew it right now and it takes like 90 days. By that time this guy will be in offuce already.

Call USCIS right away! Hopefully it's still with usps or just a mistake.

i can't believe this had to happen right at this moment, anyone went through this before. whyyyyyy??? it sucks it's veterans day today and post office is closed. i'm so down right now.
