This happens to my sister!

She sent in her renewal, on January 19 via certified mail. It was supposed to arrive at the Chicago lockbox on Monday Jan 22 but it didn’t. Status of the package keep saying that it was delayed and in transit. Her package finally arrived yesterday. After 2 weeks it finally got delivered 😒

After the fiasco last October I can no longer trust USPS. I sent my renewal next day UPS. Arrived when it was supposed to.

I sent via USPS express mail and it was delivered on the next day. From NJ to Chicago. I never had problems sending it as express mail with signature required. I did have problems receiving the documents though. They misplaced my second EAD and USCIS made me pay $495 for a replacement. USCIS should use some better shipping methods as that regular envelop, if it gets lost, you're screwed.

Be advised. It's gonna snow heavily here for the next 2 days (it already started this evening).

If you can afford it, stick with fedex or ups. USPS doesn't really have accountability or reliability in my personal experience.

I live in PA...I spent 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to someone. They have no idea what's going on and going to file a case for someone to track it next week.

Hey at least you were able to speak to a live human, she did the same thing called USPS, was on hold for one hour, no one ever answered and it hung up.
