Guys what if you have DACA and apply for adjustment of status and get denied? Will you still get deported even if you have daca? I know if you apply for adjustment of status and get denied you will be place in removal order but what if having daca?

It depends on how the adjustment application is denied. USCIS does not simply deny an application, they give explicitly detailed reasons why.

Lets say you were deported back then when you were 13 and came back right away, then applied for daca, do advance parole then marriage. Would the deportation affect the adjustment of status?
