With the way Kavanaugh went all out Democrats-conspiracy mode in the hearing, I'm sure he will be impartial when DACA reaches the Supreme Court.

And when will DACA even reach the SC?

San Francisco case => Ninth Circuit Court

Texas case (Andrew Hanen) => Fifth Circuit Court

Ninth Circuit vs. Fifth Circuit => Supreme Court

Supreme Court can put out a preliminary injunction stopping DACA next spring.


Math is sound.

the silver lining is his nomination the SC may prompt Congress to finally act on a DACA solution, maybe just wishful thinking, will see I guess.

Last minute drama, Kavanaugh is going to be investigated by the FBI :O

When he does get confirmed, because let’s be real this is all a show and he will get confirmed, I expect Kavanaugh to rule against DACA.

No way is he going to bail out the Democratic Party on such an important issue after all they have put him through recently.

And that statement sums up exactly what is wrong with the country at the moment. Supreme Court rulings should never be about helping one party versus the other.
