Democrats are unlikely to compromise on funding Trump’s border wall, some said. But they might be willing to accept other measures. Graham, when touting the Dream Act, noted that his Democratic colleagues had voted for border security and enforcement measures as part of the 2013 comprehensive immigration reform bill.

“In order to get 68 votes in the Senate, I swallowed hard,” Sen. Dick Durbin (D-Ill.), the top champion of the Dream Act, said at the press conference with Graham of the 2013 bill. “I’ve been open to border security issues, I continue to be open to them. The wall, though, is a wall too far.”

THERE YOU GO. Dick Durbin appearing like a champ ...about to score from DOWNTOWN! Now we just need an assist from Graham to get this through! Curbelo will get the DA in the House passed.

I figured we'd start seeing Democrats willing to compromise.

I knew that Democrats would start compromising. They have no other choice. They better compromise and these organizations like UWD better get on board with that also.

Border security and future illegal immigration really need to be addressed. I'd hate anyone to go through all the emotional pain and suffering we are going thru.

Don't worry about Schumer. He's a grown man.

But in all seriousness, I assume he's trying to get the Dream Act to pass without the wall lol.
