I think the house is where the battles will be fought. Ryan need to forego the Hastert Rule or discharge petition need to go through for us to stand a chance.

someone will break on this first. whether it will be the repubs, dems or trump. once the first daca recipients face expired eads youre going to see things ratchet up.

Not a real rule...but to the Republican party it might as well be written in stone. It's killed the Dream Act twice.

There is leverage now on the side of Democrats until the end of the year.

Also, presumably Trump would sign a bipartisan, Border Security, no wall bill along with DACA related proposals, including dream act.
