Schumer: Dream Act possible in end of year CR.

@SenSchumer: There are good negotiations. They are coming pretty close to a conclusion. I'm pretty hopeful we can get the Dream bill in the end of year CR.

Schumer on CR: "They have not come to us with a package that they want to pass and we are hopeful we can get a good package."
