Statement by me last night in Florida: “Honestly, I don’t think the Democrats want to make a deal. They talk about DACA, but they don’t want to help..We are ready, willing and able to make a deal but they don’t want to. They don’t want security at the border, they don’t want.....

All those DACA tweets, he's either desperate to find a solution, or he wants to switch the blame to the Democrats incase a shutdown happens he can say that the Democrats didn't want to make a DACA deal.

Doubt it, a shutdown will play great with his base as long as those illegals don't get amnesty!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Donald Trump has said a lot of crazy stuff, but in this issue he may be right. Democrats need to get serious and stop toying around with our future, they have done it for way too long now. Trump is putting pressure on them to act, and pressure is better than no pressure, he’s keeping the DACA issue in the limelight and I hope both sides come to an agreement soon.

Republican leadership also needs to get it together. We can’t have Ryan obstruct every immigration bill just to please his freedom caucus.

Government shutdown is not to force Trump's hand. It's to force Ryan and Mcbitches hand so we make it to Trump's desk. He's not going to veto a spending bill so nobody gives a fuck what Trump thinks.

A government shut down is just NOT going to happen. We need to get over that. Only 7 Democratic Senators have publicly said they would vote for a shutdown if no DACA deal is included in the spending bill. 7 out of 49. About 18 Senate Democrats joined Republicans to pass a short-term spending bill in December. I’m sorry to break it, but the math for a shutdown is just not there.
