Chad PerGram: House Rules Cmte now meeting to prep temporary spending bill to avoid a government shutdown Friday night.

Let them extend it. This will give Democrats a chance to come up with better bill and if Trump keeps saying he doesn't like, he will just prove that he is racist and Democrats can shut it down next time.

Last I heard that they will put it up for the vote regardless if they have the votes or not though.

Same thing was said in November and December and January. People start expiring in march....thats 50 days from now. 45+ days to implement

I hate that the word “DACA” and “dreamers” basically doesn’t have any human association tied to it.. they kick it around like a football. I know that the government won’t shut down, but on a positive note we can send in our renewals and come March congress’ backs will be against the wall and something will have to give. It’s just 2 months away. Get your renewals in and sit tight on this rollercoaster. I do believe something will pass...
