Flake is right, McConnell needs to understand that the Senate does not serve the President. The Senate serves the people.

He makes a good point. If McConnell were to use this same logic on every bill they would never get anything done. Follow the procedures. Put it on the floor, either it passes or it fails, if it passes let the President make a decision on it, is that simple.
