I didn't know this. But with this info I think trump Is way beyond a Piece of s..it.

Mary Anne MacLeod was issued immigration visa number 26698. She became what would later be termed an*economic migrant, one of tens of thousands of young Scots who left for the United States or Canada during this period, the isle having suffered badly the consequences of*World War I*and the Clearances before that. The Alien Passenger list of the*Transylvania, May 2, 1930, lists her as being 5 foot eight inches tall, blue eyes, and occupation as a domestic.

Arriving in America with just $50 (equivalent to $732 in 2017), MacLeod lived with her older sister Christina Matheson on*Long Island*and worked as a domestic servant for at least four years. One of these jobs appears to have been as a*nanny*for a well-to-do family in a New York suburb, but the job went away as the effects of the*Great Depression Became more felt. As one account has put it, she "started life in America as a dirt-poor servant escaping the even worse poverty of her native land.

Donald Trump's dear old mother is literally an immigrant. Wow. Way to honor your dead mother Donald Trump.

I'm an old dreamer. I hardly ever post. But I'd say Trump's mother came from a shit whole place!

She was a white European immigrant. That’s ok. Just like he’s OK with immigrants from Norway. His ex-wife Ivana and Melania are both immigrants. Melania worked illegally in the US. Does anyone care? No, it’s white privilege.

Donald Trump is a third generation immigrant, but I guess he forgot his roots. Sad!

no, just stop. i trusted that people on here were smarter than to say shit like this.
the US up until the 60's had immigration laws exactly like mexico and other countries do.
so unless we're gonna say mexico and every other country like it is racist, stop correlating some stupid idea(white privilege) with immigration laws that you likely haven't looked into at all.
what privilege did his mother have if she came across the ocean with 50 fucking dollars?

I'm completely lost as to what argument you are trying to make.

Trump's mother had no privilege. She was trash. She was garbage.

We have people from India with PH.D's who have to struggle with an H1-B visa. I am my self an Engineer. But his mom, a dirt poor beggar from a shit whole place became naturalized in 2 years.

The irony and injustice. Land of the free my ass!

i see people are quick to insult others that have no business with our problems, shameful.
the argument i was making, since you can't read despite being an engineer, was that trump's mom benefited more from US immigration laws, than she did purely because she was white. and even though she was white, that didn't help her avoid near-poverty.
maybe the indian you'll be training to replace you can teach you how to read.
and newsflash india is an even bigger shithole than scotland.
