Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) said on Wednesday he believes President Trump wants to find a solution to the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

"My gut tells me the president wants to get this done," Manchin told CNN's Chris Cuomo on "New Day."

"I can tell you sincerely he believes these children need a pathway forward. He's sympathetic towards that. Now there might be people around him that aren't quite as sympathetic as he is," he said

Well of course little Joey would say that. He doesn’t wanna look weak in front of his constituents for giving in to the Republicans.

He's from West Virginia, they couldn't care less about Dreamers there.

He wasn't present for the vote in 2010, but he was probably a no anyway.

Stop living in the past people. If he’s a yes vote and supports us now then who cares?

I don’t know. Maybe they don’t care too much about this issue but looking like a weak politician who doesn’t stand for anything that helps people is probably not going to be popular.

Honestly, we’re not sure if he will side with us. He said that the Dream Act was too liberal. I’m not sure what isn’t too liberal for him on the issue. So I’m not sure if he is a guaranteed yes vote.

Btw , in 2010 only like 3 republicans voted to support us. Lugar, Collins and Murkowski out of 40 republicans!

Looking back ,Dems should have attached some border security to attract some republican votes.

I was watching his interviews on morning Joe and CNN and he definitely supports us now.
