Information came from documents filed in San Francisco court:

Because #DACA recipients & others fought back in court, nearly 32,000 individuals have received DACA renewals or approvals since the 1st court injunction issued. While very welcome news, Dreamers deserve permanent protection not 2-year extensions.

Another 30,000 #DACA renewals that were filed after the 1st court injunction remain pending today. And, as of March 31, 9,160 individuals with DACA had renewals pending but had already lost their DACA status & work authorization.

We expire around the same time Swim, do you have a preference of getting approved ASAP or are you okay having it take longer - but not knowing when?

Personally, I am prefer the latter, but if it gets to July and nothing, I am gonna start refreshing my USCIS app every hour.

I expire in September. Still have 5 months left. I'm cool with waiting another 3 even though we'll probably be approved this month.

I expire the same, and sent mine in last March.. know that even if you send it super early they will have it "under review" until you get into the 4 month window, my train of thought for sending it so early though is, should something happen we are already being processed.. might as well send it now.

Already did my Bios, and it's under review since March 4th.

Closer to my expiration date the better.

Same for me, March of next year. My plan was to wait a little so that if I get approved way before March I won’t end up losing on time with DACA. Might send it sooner after all though just in case something happens, the application will at least be processing. 🤔

April 2019. Keeping an eye on litigation and waiting closer to expiration to get more time out of it because this shit is going to the 2020 election.
