The seven red states trying once again to kill off the federal program that protects kids who entered the U.S. with their illegal-alien parents from deportation will lose their battle, Bill O'Reilly told Newsmax TV on Wednesday.

That is because Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Nebraska, South Carolina, and West Virginia, which filed suit this week to end the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, are seeking to quash a legally solid decision.

"These states are going to lose because any president has the right to issue an executive order, which Barack Obama did, which basically said this class of illegal immigrant can stay," the bestselling author and host of "No Spin News" told host John Bachman.

Well their goal isn't to win a court case it's just to have an injunction. They did the same with DAPA even though there wasn't a ruling on DAPA

Difference between DACA & DAPA was the APA, that’s the reason why there was an injunction on DAPA, not because it was unconstitutional.

But an injunction can still happen to DACA based on whatever legal reasoning Hanen comes up with. It may not be the APA this time but can be something else. They will then be able to effectively kill the program by preventing the processing of applications without actually ruling on the constitutionality. That's their end game.....

Election year, SCOTUS and immigration....not sure the Supreme Court will get involved. I think they are smarter than that or will delay until after elections.

We need to advocate for ourselves instead of waiting around for the next Americas Voice or UWD's media blitz. Dreamers make up 10% of the undocumented population, so are being used as a distraction. While we were distracted, they came for the long-term undocumented who have deferred action as orders of supervision and defending them is being done by communities and on the ground supporters. While testing this type of mass deportation, they were setting up the mass deportation of TPS. Next will be Dreamers since Daca is not 'status'; it's deferred action.

Let's pressure the House to proceed with the discharge petition for the Dream Act.

Senate just filed a discharge petition forcing a vote on #NetNeutrality for next Wednesday.

Contact the House switchboard and your reps' local offices to demand that the House file the discharge petition for USAAct or Dream Act!
