DACA is dead, unless they refuse to hear the case. Based on the political discord, they will be forced to take it on.

with gerrymandering still favors republicans, path to majority for democrats will be very tough. I wont be surprised if they wont be able to even capture house this November, forget about senate. those who want to wait till 2040 or 2060 good luck, I'll be taking IELTS and applying for Canadian PR.
