According to a poll from Quinnipiac University this summer, 55 percent of self-identified Texas Republicans support allowing DACA recipients to stay in the United States with a path to citizenship. Among all Texans, that number increases to 71 percent.
Yup. Ken Paxton is fighting for minorities for sure.

Clearly this is Chuck Schumer's fault.

This guy is the real reason why DACA is going to end.

Whether Scotus affirms or kills daca, any outcome is good for us

But I would rather have Scotus kill daca softly: let it expire

Lol Paxton will not win a case. DACA is not unconstitutional. If it was then it would have been gone long ago.

The best thing would be to end it abruptly. If it is killed immediately there will be a huge sense of urgency.

Remember they cant do nothing to us until our EAD expires.

So weird how Paxton only cares about 'rule of law' when it comes to DACA...
