I worked as an logistics ops manager in 2014. Not sure how things have changed since then due to how much exposure they had on their labor habits.
In that time, work was very VERY hectic for them. Warehouse guys and drivers had a tough time meeting their unrealistic deadlines. There is a very good reason people come and go on Amazon.
