Wells Fargo denied me cause i wasnt a permanent resident/citizen.

Go through a mortgage broker to help you secure s loan. Your credit score will thank you for it. Just let them know you’re a resident with a renewalable work permit. Long as your work permit valid they will find you a loan.

I got one at 53rd bank didnt ask if I was a us citizen or resident.

I even asked the lady if they ask and she said no.

You can also go to a credit union,

if your car is paid off you can get a title loan at a very low interest rate.
