Give the uncertainty with DACA and the future of our status is anyone here still making investment moves, buying stocks, contributing to your 401K or have you hold off on doing any of that?

Are companies really gonna stop us from selling our stocks or buy?

Sold all my stock, bitcoin and 401k.

Wont risk giving my hard earned money away.

Giving it away to whom? Regardless of the Supreme Court decision on DACA that money is yours to keep. You could potentially be losing out on gains by not continuing to invest.

I've been putting 10% into 401k since DACA started and buying stocks regularly. They are not tied to your status. There may be some paperwork or quirks you'll have to take care of if DACA goes away, mostly relating to taxes and stuff, but that's about it.
