Guys please dont go to any of that, the LAST thing we need is negative press right now.

Specially since it seems we are going to be held hostage again apparently on the upcoming spending bills.

Im saying this because looks like United We Dream could engage on this.

Thank you and have a nice day, lets continue on being productive members of society like we have always been.

Ah yes because civility and being a keyboard warrior ever accomplished anything. The closest we've ever come to passing CIR in this country in 2006 there were demonstrations going on in every major city.

Demonstrations quickly become Lootfests and riots.

What happened in Minneapolis shows that police are not here to protect us, or our stuff, they are there to protect the state.

Do not rely on cops for your safety, they legally have no requirement to help.

Parkland Shooting: Cops had no duty to protect students according to judges.

Police response time is 11 Minutes, thats 11 minutes for criminals to do whatever to you and your stuff:
https://www.bjs.gov/content/pub/pdf/...nt/cv08107.pdf

Cops dont take on big crime, that has risks and its much easier to just do raids:
https://mises.org/wire/why-police-pr...violent-crimes

According to the most recent FBI "Crime in the United States" report, only 45 percent of violent crime lead to arrest and prosecution.

You and I can be murdered and theres a good chance our killer wont get caught.

The way that killer kneeled on Floyd and enjoyed it was criminal and evil. No question about it.

The riots and looting are something else. Mixed emotions really.

In case you're thinking of going to protest, don't. Things are at an absolute boiling point and peaceful protesters are infiltrated by agitators and rioters...some from white supremacist groups. Last thing you need is to be at the wrong place and wrong time and end up getting arrested.

The difference is we're not in any position to protest. Americans protest and they'll either be told good for them for exercising their constitutional rights or told to go home. If the shit hits the fan and they get arrested, they'll just get bailed out and do a week of community service, if that. We all have a giant target on us, even those with DACA.

America is burning...I'm staying inside. What the officer did was fucked up. The protest were great. The riots were a lot of dumb kids.

They called ICE for protests happening in NYC and LA. As mentioned before, lot of undercover cops there and also groups with their own agendas from both sides. You have far rights fascists, racists and white supremacists to far left anarchists and crazy communists who all just love violent protests and riots thinking it will lead to their “glorious revolutions” for their sick ideologies.

I don't do nuffin is not a realistic defense. You can be tried and convicted when the cop lies about you. Anything you say can be used against you.

Also not everyone has as nice of an experience as you. George Floyd and multiple other blacks would disagree but they aren't alive to disagree.
