1) Submit a valid application under the new rules.
2) Pay $1,500 in Addition to the USCIS Filing fees
3) Pass background and medical checks.

Dreamers -
Been in the US before 18
Continuously present since 01/2021
1) Serve honorably in the Uniformed Services;
2) Graduate from college or a postsecondary vocational school;
3) Show 3 years of consistent earned income; or
4) Be enrolled in 2) and in a training program.

No fast track for current DACAs?

It obviously will be super water down

It’s immediate eligibility for AOS for current daca, anyone else who doesn’t have the education requirement can apply for daca ead in the mean time.

How does this bill take into account EADS that expire next summer?
