I'm glad there's been people on here getting approved, but it's kind of irritating that some approvals are out of order. I really hope there isn't a "next time" for me.

Tell me about it. It feels nice people are getting approved but the fact that I've been waiting since February is dissapointing to say the least. USCIS and the California Service Center really need to get it together. I did my bio on 3/14 and it has been aproximately 168 days since they received my application.

The cases on here that have been getting approvals span from March to April so I wonder how they process the casess. Maybe the NILC put pressure on them and now it is just a free for all to get these cases approved.

I was reading through this brief and found table 3 on the renewal process interesting. When divided into quarters USCIS approvals jumped from 100 to 20000 to 120000. Mind you they approved less than a hundred cases when they received 10,000 the rest rolled over to be approved the following quarter. My guess is they expend more resources when more people's expiration dates are coming up.

Hi all,

Glad to be a part of this group and share our experiences. I'm baffled by this whole process and am patiently waiting for my bio appointment still. It's good to hear others are moving along, so hopefully I'm up soon.

DACA RENEWAL TIMELINE (Nebraska)
I-766 and I821D Notice Received Date - 3-16-16
Congressman contacted - 7-15-16; USCIS response to Congressman's inquiry is to allow 6 months for processing
Still waiting for bios as of 8-5-16; EAD expires 9-22-16
