According to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records, this petition/application was approved and it has been sent to production. Your case will be processed in order based on the approval date. If you do not receive the document within 30 days please contact us again.
But in my follow up calls I am informed that the case is pending assignment to an officer who will send it to production. I have contacted all agencies that can help but i am waiting.

The website is down and from my understanding, ELIS is linked to these myaccounts as they are trying to streamline the process for adjudication. So maybe they are starting to pick up on the approvals roll out.

This is all over the place, there seem to be no pattern. cases filed up to 4-25-16 have been approved and many in between pending. This is strange

So I've decided to email NILC after I've saw that some of you had done it. I got this after a couple of hours:[i] We have been hearing much about recent delays in DACA renewals. We are working with authorities to address the issue. In the meantime, I have forwarded your email to a staff attorney who can help you check up on your individual renewal. Also, be sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook, as we will be posting updates about this issue.[i]

Then about 30 mins ago I got an email from the attorney! Here's her response:It is very concerning and disturbing to hear about this.  If you want, NILC can flag your case for USCIS headquarters in D.C and they may contact you directly.  If you want us to do so, please send me the following information:
-          Your A#/USCIS # and what service center your case is in
-          Date of your biometrics appointment
-          Description of the type of job that you had and how long you were working there
-          Brief description of any other hardship you are facing by having your EAD expire
Please also send me the best number and email to reach you.

I replied right away. Maybe this is an option for those of us that have expired permits? I'll keep you all posted.

I think they process the cases in batches. Seems like March and April receipt dates have been getting approved recently.

I honestly don't even know any more! There are some of us with February dates that haven't been approved yet

I think they have been experiencing delays with the implementation of ELIS since they started using it in February for deferred action cases. Either way, they should have sorted all that out by now since the approvals are starting to roll in. I would be worried if no one had been approved by now.

It seems the March date is 3-24-16 to 4-24-16, based on the input form members....very strange. You are right there is no pattern
