No problem. You really have to keep pressing them for more options. It's your life at stake, so don't just accept their mediocre answers. Each rep is different, so there's no guarantee you'll get the results you want. But it sure is worth a try. Good luck to both of us, and to those who still haven't been approved yet.

Is it just me or I can't check my case status? I type the number but I get an error

How come i still dont get my EAD card yet? I got biometric on July 5 2016.... When should i be worry?

Has anyone opted not to create an online account? (Its terms and conditions basically provide for no confidentiality.)

I've used the Case Tracker in the past, but it looks to be woefully outdated this time around.
