Not true. I have an expiration date of 10/26/16, and I got approved 8/11/16.

Anyone who has reached out to NILC.. how long to hear from them, I sent them an email on Saturday. I expire 8/17

They probably don't work on Saturday but you should get a reply during the week saying they have forwarded your email to one of their attorneys.

My bad. So I guess just keep checking the spreadsheet as it is updated to see if someone with a similar timeline has been approved.

August 10, 2016 Update: If you submitted a request for DACA renewal between February 14 and May 14, 2016, your renewal request may have taken longer than expected. You should receive a decision on your case within the next few weeks. USCIS is dedicated to restoring normal processing times as quickly as possible.

Hopefully this is true.

What do you send the NLIC when you email them?

Just put as subject DACA RENEWAL DELAY and a description of what you are experiencing. A staff attorney will email you and request the information they need.
