I expired on 8/17 and just called USCIS to inquire about my case again. The agent said she couldn't submit a service request for my case because it was not "outside of normal processing times."

She said the message that came up when she tried to submit the request was that they were currently working on cases received on April 2. I sent mine in on April 6, so I hope I can hear some good news in a couple days.

Congrats to all approved.
My observation with the time line is that USCIS is trying to keep most of the applications under 150 days, to be legally in the time zone..Just a thought

How can i print my approval letters?

from your elis account, sometimes there is one day lapse between approval an being able to print

I called on Tuesday and they told me feb 18 haha. Mine is April 6 too so fingers crossed

I called yesterday and they told me they were processing March 6 so AGAIN they are pulling info out of air

Called this morning and they said they were working on April 12th and will process applications in "order which they were received"? Go Figure.

Think amongst the theories, apps divided into bins makes the most sense as approvals are not consistent. So depending on the bin and who's working on them any of them could be accurate- working by the order they were received, working by expiration dates, working by completion of checks as I have been told all of these in the calls.

When you all say USCIS says "they are working on applications from [date]," please specify which service center. Thanks!

Got my card in the mail today. Exactly a week after I got my approval letter.
