@Scarlet.lumen- Congrats!
Good to see Mar/Apr approvals and know that they are still working on them.

re: working with expired EADs. Think this impacts employer more than the employee. Theoretically, eVerify compliance needs a valid work authorization at all times. I guess some (smaller?) employers don't track it and let it slide as long as the initial I9 is satisfied.
I guess you can never discount the slightest risk but working without authorization has never really been challenged as much as unlawful presence for adjustment of status.

Had a quick question for anyone that would know. After getting an appointment for your Biometrics and then completing it, is there suppose to be some sort of indication that the Biometrics were done before the next step of waiting until approved?

I'm asking because I'm done with my Biometrics and the status still has as them having set an appointment for me. I can't recall what happened last time, so if anyone has an answer for this, it will ease my anxiety.

The casestatus remained the same for me. ELIS in the other hand notes the date it was completed.

So my EAD expires October 09. DACA was approved o8/09 and already got letter in the mail. My EAD still appears as "card under production" Still waiting on my EAD. Weird, I've been checking mail box every day I'm afraid the status is not going to change to show tracking number ... Anyone under same situation???????

Just tried submitting an inquiry :

We have located a previously submitted inquiry with confirmation number (SRxxxxxxxxxxxNSC) for the same issue. You may not submit a new inquiry at this time. You can expect to receive a response to your previous inquiry within 30 days of the date your inquiry was submitted. If you do not receive a response within 30 days, a new inquiry can be submitted at that time or you may call USCIS Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283 or 1-800-767-1833 (TTY). You will need to provide the inquiry confirmation number when you call.
